About PipeLineHub
PipeLineHub helps small agencies, freelancers and business owners in two ways: finding companies that need their services, and keeping their own website working. It is run from the United Arab Emirates and serves customers anywhere.
What we do
The Lead Vault is a list of real companies for people who sell services to businesses. Each company comes with a work email and a problem it has right now, such as a booking form that fails on phones, so your first email is about them, not about you.
The Site Monitor watches your own website every week and up to three competitors every day, and emails you when your site breaks or a competitor launches something new.
How the leads are made
Every company in the vault is researched by hand, one at a time. We visit the site, note the problem we found, find an address to write to, and date the record so you can see how fresh it is. Nothing is scraped from a database or made up.
That makes the vault smaller than a scraped list, and we would rather list fewer companies than invent any. New leads are added every week.
How the Site Monitor works
An automated browser opens your site the way a visitor would: it loads your pages, fills in your contact form (the message is stopped before it leaves), tries your cart and checkout, runs an accessibility audit and times each page. For competitors it reads only public pages, once a day. You can try a quick version for free with the website check.
