Terms of Service

PipeLineHub provides subscribers with access to a curated database of business leads, including company details, business contact emails and researched business challenges (the “Lead Vault”). Free accounts can view a locked preview; full access requires an active Premium subscription.

The Site Monitor is sold separately as monthly packs. The Risk Scanner checks the website you name as your own every week: it loads its pages, fills in its forms and tries its cart and checkout the way a visitor would, and reports broken forms, checkout problems, accessibility failures and slowdowns. The Competitor Spy checks the publicly available pages of up to three competitor websites every day for new pricing and promotional pages, sales and redesigns. Findings are emailed to the address you confirm.

You must only name a website as your own if you own it or are authorised to test it. Alerts are automated and may miss or misreport a change; they are information, not legal advice.

PipeLineHub is sold to businesses, for business use. You must be at least 18 years old to open an account, and if you are opening it for a company you must be authorised to agree to these terms on its behalf.

The service is not directed at children and has no feature intended for them. We do not knowingly provide it to anyone under 18; if we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we close it and delete its data. See the Privacy Policy.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Accounts are for a single user or business. Sharing login credentials or access is not permitted.

Premium costs 35 USD (approx. 125 AED) / month. You are charged in USD; the AED figure is an approximate conversion for reference only. Payments are processed by PayPal, and we never receive or store your card details.

Site Monitor packs are billed separately: the Risk Scanner or the Competitor Spy costs 50 USD / month each, or both together 60 USD / month. Moving from one pack to both starts a new subscription and cancels the old one at the same moment; the change is not prorated.

Your subscriptions renew automatically every month (Premium at 35 USD) until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing date.

The monthly price above is the entire charge. Specifically, there is:

• no set-up, activation, onboarding or account fee;
• no per-seat, per-lead, per-scan or per-alert charge;
• no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no notice period;
• no charge for exporting your data or for closing your account;
• no free trial that converts into a paid plan, because there is no trial: the free tier simply stays free.

Your bank or PayPal may apply its own currency-conversion charge if your account is not in USD. That is between you and them; we never add anything to the amount shown.

You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing Settings. Cancellation stops all future payments for that subscription immediately, and what it paid for ends at the same time: access to the Lead Vault for Premium, scans and alerts for a Site Monitor pack. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

You may use lead data for your own business outreach only. You must not:

• resell, publish, share or redistribute lead data, in whole or in part;
• scrape, bulk-export or copy the database by automated means;
• send unsolicited messages in breach of applicable anti-spam, privacy or data-protection laws.

You are solely responsible for making sure your outreach complies with the laws that apply to you and your recipients.

We research and check leads carefully, but business information changes. Leads are provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that any lead is complete, current or will result in business. Report inaccurate leads to amoriasim2010@gmail.com and we will review them.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, including misuse of lead data or payment fraud. If PayPal reports a failed or reversed payment, access is suspended until the subscription is active again.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipeLineHub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on this page before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
