Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This is the complete list of what PipeLineHub stores on your device, and what each item is for. If something is not on this page, we are not storing it.
1. The short version
We use one cookie, to keep you signed in, plus a few small notes your browser keeps on your own device. There is one optional thing, page-view analytics, and it stays off until you allow it.
We run no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no session recording and no cross-site trackers. We do not sell or share what we measure.
2. Strictly necessary
These cannot be switched off, because switching them off would break signing in or the page you are on. None of them is used to track you between sites.
| Name | What it does | How long | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-<project>-auth-token | Keeps you signed in. Written by Supabase when you sign in, and cleared when you sign out. | Until you sign out. The access token inside it is refreshed hourly. | First party (Supabase Auth) |
| plh.consent.v1 | Remembers the choice you made about analytics, so we stop asking. | Until you clear your browser data. Browser storage, not a cookie. | First party |
| pipelinehub.sidebar.collapsed | Remembers whether the dashboard sidebar is collapsed on this device. | Until you clear your browser data. Browser storage, not a cookie. | First party |
| plh.exit-offer.v1 | Remembers that you have already seen the offer shown when leaving the site, so it is never shown to you twice. Written whether you take it or dismiss it. | Until you clear your browser data. Browser storage, not a cookie. | First party |
| pipelinehub.support.thread.v1 | Keeps the support chat conversation on screen if you reload the page mid-question. Only written once you open the chat. | Until you close the tab (session storage), and cleared when you sign out. | First party |
3. Optional: analytics
This runs only if you allow it. If you decline, or if you have not answered yet, the script is not added to the page at all, so nothing is requested from Vercel and nothing is measured.
| Name | What it does | How long | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel Web Analytics | Counts page views so we can see which pages people use. It measures visits, not people: no cookie is set, no profile is built, and nothing is shared with advertisers. | Nothing is stored on your device by this. | Vercel Inc. |
to change your answer at any time. Your choice is kept on this device, so if you use another browser, or clear your browser data, we will ask again.
4. Third parties that can set their own cookies
Two services can set cookies of their own, but only on their own pages, and only when you choose to use them:
- PayPal, in its checkout window, when you subscribe. PayPal is the payment processor, and its cookies are governed by PayPal’s own policy.
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google instead of with a password.
Everyone we share any data with is listed on the Subprocessors page.
5. Controlling this yourself
Every browser can block or delete cookies and site data from its settings, and every browser has a private window that discards them when you close it. Blocking the sign-in cookie will stop you being able to sign in, which is the only thing it does.
The only optional item here is already off until you say yes, so there is nothing a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal would need to switch off.
