Get a copy of your data, or have it deleted

Everything here is free, and most of it you can do yourself in a couple of clicks. Nobody has to argue with a chat bot to leave.

If you have an account, do it yourself

You do not need to ask us, and you do not need to wait. In Dashboard → Settings there are two buttons:

  • Download my data gives you a JSON file of everything we hold against your account, straight away.
  • Delete my account cancels any subscription so PayPal cannot charge you again, then deletes the account and its data immediately.

Both are free, and neither routes through a support conversation first.

If a business you represent is listed in the Lead Vault

The Lead Vault holds publicly available business contact details, such as a company address and a work inbox published on a company website. If you want a company delisted, email us from an address on that company’s domain so we can tell that the request is genuine. We remove the record and do not re-add it.

Request delisting

If you only want the weekly leads email to stop

Use the unsubscribe link at the foot of any issue, or your mail app’s own unsubscribe button. Either one deletes your address from that list straight away — there is nothing left to flag or reactivate. It has no effect on a PipeLineHub account, if you have one.

If you want us to handle it instead

Email amoriasim2010@gmail.com from the address on the account. We reply within 1 business day and complete verified requests within 30 days. There is no charge.

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold and why (access);
  • send it to you in a portable file (portability);
  • correct something that is wrong (rectification);
  • delete it (erasure);
  • stop a particular use of it (objection or restriction).

We will ask you to confirm you control the account email before acting, because a deletion request from the wrong person would be as harmful as a leak.

What survives a deletion, and why

A page that promises total erasure and then keeps an invoice is not being straight with you. Here is exactly what remains after your account is gone:

  • Payment records held by PayPal. PayPal is the merchant of record for your payments and keeps its own transaction history. We cannot delete it, and neither can you. Kept: as set by paypal and by the tax law that applies to it.
  • Our record that a payment happened: amount, date and subscription ID. Tax and accounting law requires a business to keep proof of the income it received. Kept: as long as the law requires, then deleted.
  • Server logs. Our host records requests (address, time, IP) for security and debugging. They are not account records and are not searchable by account. Kept: rotated out by the host on its own short schedule.

None of it is used to build a profile, none of it is shared, and none of it can be used to restore the deleted account.

If you are not happy with our answer

Tell us first: reply to whoever answered you and say so, and a person will look at it again. If that does not settle it, you can complain to the data-protection authority where you live. Nothing on this page limits that right.
